Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation Policy: In case of order cancellation, please do so before the product is processed. Once the product has been processed, it cannot be cancelled using our website.

Return Policy:

  • Return/Exchange is available for selected products only, as indicated on the product page on the website. The return policy of a product can be changed without prior notice.
  • If pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will be required to self-ship the product to our office address.
  • Return/Exchange charges may apply on a case-by-case basis.
  • Returns must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Note for Returns:

  • Items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags intact. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return/Exchange requests must be raised within the return period specified on the product page, otherwise, the product will not be accepted.
